Organic extra virgin olive oil

Unique varieties, careful cultivation and contemporary certified management are the steps towards creating a special product, which constitute a delightful choice for everyday use.

It is an extra virgin olive oil of very low acidity (0,1 – 0,8%), each drop of which contains all the flavor and nutritional value the human organism needs. PGI “Laconia” olive oil, mainly originates from Koroneiki variety olive fruits and up to 10% of Athinolia variety olive fruits. It is distinguished for its high content of polyphenols and other antioxidants. It stands out for its bright green color and its fruity aroma. It is characterized as slightly spicy, juicy and cool and when used in cooking it gives a unique and fresh taste, satisfying even the most demanding palate.

It is produced by the combination of semi-ripe and ripe olives of the Koroneiki and Athinolia varieties which are collected by hand. Within a few hours from the harvesting, through cold pressures up to 28°C, we reach the final product, olive oil, with low acidity of up to 0.8% which renders it extra virgin. After diligence, we proceed to further storing in stainless steel tanks.
